Ir Mohamad Razali Othman
Chairman
Dato' Ir Mohamad Razali Othman holds a B.E (Hons) degree from
University of Malaya since 1977 and M. Sc from Loughborough
University of Technology since 1989 and is registered as a
Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia. He is
also a Member of Road Engineering Association of Asia Australia (REAAA),
President of Institution of Highway and Transport Malaysian Branch (IHTMB)
and also the Joint Chairman of the 8th Malaysian Road Conference.
Until recently, Dato' Ir Mohamad Razali Bin Othman has been very
actively involved with the Road Engineering Association of Malaysia
(REAM) and the World Road Association (PIARC).
Dato' Ir Mohamad Razali Othman has vast working experiences and
has also served in various capacities and post with the Public Works
Department (PWD) nationwide. He had been the Civil Engineer, Project
Engineer and District Engineer involving in the PWD Airport unit at
Pahang from 1977 till 1982. His work took him traveling extensively
to Perlis, Terengganu and many other states in the country working
with Medical & Health Division, Water Works, Road Maintenance,
Forestry Departments and Highway Authority from 1983 till when he
retired in March 2009 as the Director General of Malaysian Highway
Authority.
Dato' Ir Mohamad Razali Othman has contributed generously by
producing series of documents on standard specification guidelines,
manuals and technical notes related to roads/highways engineering.
His excellent services with contributions has earned him wide
recognition and has been awarded by Head of States from Perlis,
Terengganu, Perak and Negeri Sembilan.
Dato' Ir Mohamad Razali Othman was appointed to the Board of
this Company as a Chairman and Director on 1 April 2009.

Dato' Mohamed Raffe Chekku
Managing Director
Dato' Mohamed Raffe Chekku had his initial tertiary education at University Technology MARA and an alumnus of Strathclyde University United Kingdom with Masters in Business Administration. He is a career leadership professional and an entrepreneur who has stewarded, directed and delivered a wide range of business activities in his eighteen (18) years of experience, namely in concession, franchising, automotive, trading, and road works.
Dato' Mohamed Raffe was appointed as the Managing Director of KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway Berhad on 21 February 2008. He has been working diligently and effectively, driving the organisation to ensure timely project completion within the budgeted cost.
Throughout his career, Dato' Mohamed Raffe has implemented countless accomplishments that returned the company to profitability while establishing its position as a world-class leader. Dato' Mohamed Raffe believes that "high achievement always takes place in the framework of high expectations".

Y.Bhg Tan Sri Datuk Tee Hock Seng JP
Executive Director
Y.Bhg Tan Sri Datuk Tee Hock Seng JP was appointed to the Board
since the incorporation of KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway Bhd. on 14
November 1996 and was subsequently appointed as an Executive
Director on 1 November 2008. He is an experienced entrepreneur with
more than 40 years business acumen in trading, construction and
development.
Y.Bhg Tan Sri Datuk Tee was appointed a member of the Senate (Ahli
Dewan Negara), Parliament of Malaysia on 15 July 2008 for the
duration of three years.
Presently, he is an Exco member of Malaysia South-South Association
and Perdana Leadership Foundation. He is also a Director of
Malaysian South-South Corporation Berhad and Malaysian
Industry-Government Group for High Technology ("MiGHT").
He also serves as the Treasurer-General of Malaysian Chinese
Association ("MCA") Headquarters, Chairman of MCA Wilayah
Persekutuan State Liaison Committee, Division Chairman of MCA
Bahagian Cheras, President of The Federation of Hokkien Associations
of Malaysia, Chairman of Malaysia Quarries Association, Honorary
Chairman of The International Fellowship of Eng Choon Associates,
Deputy President of the Associated Eng Choon Societies of Malaysia,
Vice President of Kuala Lumpur Eng Choon Hoey Kuan, Chairman of
Chinese Maternity Hospital (CMH), Director of Tung Shin Hospital and
Confucian Secondary School. He is also the Honorary Chairman of
Young Malaysians Movement, Xiang Lian Youth Association as well as a
Council Member of Malaysian Bible Seminary. He is also an Elder of
Elim Chapel.
He was accorded by the Construction Industry Development Board the
2005 "Most Prominent Player award", one of the highest individual
accolade recognised by the industry.

Dr Tony Tan Cheng Kiat
Director
Dr Tony Tan Cheng Kiat was appointed a director of KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway Bhd.
on 9 April 2008. He was instrumental in the development of a number
of major projects throughout Malaysia. He holds a doctorate in
Business Administration and is also a licensed builder. He has been
successful as a private property developer in Australia.

Matthew Tee Kai Woon
Director
Matthew Tee Kai Woon was appointed a director of KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway Bhd on 1 April 2009. He was previously an Alternate Director to YB Senator Tan Sri Datuk Tee. He is a Chartered Accountant and has been admitted as a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). He is also a Certified Financial Planner and a member of the Certified Practising Accountant, Australia.
He was the Administrator of the Chinese Maternity Hospital from 2001 to 2003 and was previously attached to PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the audit department. He is currently the Vice President of Master Builders Association Malaysia and a council member of Malaysian Steel Structural Association. He also holds directorships in several other companies

Sharifah Norashikin Syed Aznal
Director
Sharifah Noor Ashikin Syed Aznal was appointed a director of KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway Bhd. on 22 March 2011. Prior to her appointment, she had served fifteen (15) years in three (3) concession companies, namely, PUTRA currently known as RAPID KL and SPNB, Express Rail Link
(ERL), and South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE).
Sharifah’s weath of experience has seen her directly involved in raising a RM2.0 billion Commercial Fund and a RM900 million Government Support Loan for the construction of PUTRA LRT, monitoring project progress and ensuring successful implementation of the related systems for commissioning. She was also involved in the corporate and debt restructuring of PUTRA working closely with the Corporate Debt Restructuring Committee and related Government agencies. Sharifah’s experience also included the role of vice president of Finance and Revenue Management in ERL where she was responsible for all matters pertaining to financial, management accounting and taxation planning.
Sharifah’s latest accomplishment has seen her lead the team that successfully secured the RM1.04 billion financing for the KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway Berhad.
Sharifah first gained her fundamental experience of finance and accounting whilst serving as an auditor and accounts executive in Atarek Kamil Ibrahim & Co and Mayban Securities Sdn Bhd for a period of two years. Sharifah
has a professional qualification of the Association of Certified and
Chartered Accountant (ACCA), London.
